WARRANTY
These products re covered by  wrrnty for  period
of 24 months from the dte of purchse, subject to the
following conditions*. The wrrnty covers rectiction
free of chrge of ny fult rising from defective mterils
or components, or fulty workmnship or ssembly.
* The conditions bove mentioned re:
1. Tht the purchser crefully follows ll instructions
pcked with the product;
2. Tht the purchser nd/or instller crefully follows
the instlltion instructions provided nd complies
with electricl wiring regultions, gs nd/or plumbing
codes;
3. Tht the purchser crefully follows instructions
provided in the owner’s hndbook relting to the
proper use nd cre of the product nd does not use
the product for ny purpose other thn the domestic
use for which it hs been designed;
4. Commercil use of the product for professionl or
industril purposes will void this wrrnty.;
5. Tht the product ws purchsed nd instlled in
New Zelnd;
6. Tht this wrrnty does not extend to:
) optionl glss lids for hobs prt from clims which
relte to mechnicl or physicl dmge thereof t
the dte of purchse;
b) ‘consumble’ prts such s light bulbs or lters;
c) dmge to cermic glss cused by liquid or solid
spill-overs, lck of mintennce, or impct;
d) dmge to surfce cotings cused by clening or
mintennce using products not recommended by
the owner’s hndbook;
e) defects cused by norml wer nd ter,
ccident, negligence, ltertion, misuse
or incorrect instlltions;
f)  product dismntled, repired or serviced by ny
servicemn other thn n uthorised service gent;
g)  product not in possession of the originl
purchser;
h) dmge cused by power outges or surges
i) dmge cused by pests
(eg. rts, cockroches etc.)
7. Tht if the product is  freestnding microwve oven
or smll pplince it must be returned to the deler/
retiler for servicing. These products, unless stted
otherwise, hve  12 month wrrnty from originl
dte of purchse with 24 months on the microwve
mgnetron; Wste disposers hve  12 month wrrnty.
8. The provision of service under this wrrnty is limited
by  25km boundry from the retiler where the
product ws purchsed except for microwves. Such
trvelling outside of these limits will incur commercil
cost to be pid by you, regulted by the number of
kilometres trvelled beyond the 25km limit (50km
return trip). Microwves re to be delivered to the
nerest uthorised service gent by the customer.

Nothing herein contined shll be construed in ny wy
s excluding or limiting your rights under the Consumer
Gurntees Acts 1993.

terms nd conditions of this wrrnty.
