MEASUREMENTS DURING WEIGHT LOSS
During weight loss, body fat percentages may not change as expected since the reading
is a percentage of body fat compared to body weight, and both could be changing at the
same time. To minimize the loss of lean body tissue, be sure to include exercise in your
