8. Power ON/OFF

Power ON
< Procedure >
1) Turn the circuit breaker ON.
(On the right side of the chamber)
2) Press the instrumentation power switch.

Power OFF
< Procedure >
1) Press the instrumentation power switch.
2) Turn the circuit breaker OFF.

Do not repeatedly turn the circuit breaker ON and immediately turn it OFF.
To protect the system, wait at least 20 seconds after you turn the circuit breaker
ON until you turn it OFF.
