you have to push again the “ SET/STORE” key and the “UP” or “DOWN” ones
till “SET 6 no ring” is displayed.
Press “SET/STORE” key, LCD display “ring on”.
Press “UP” or “DOWN” key to select “ring on” or “ring off” to turn on or
turn off ringing sound.
Press “SET/STORE” key to confirm the setting.
Note: When you select “ring off”, the phone will be ringing only
when the VIP numbers coming.
Set Ringer Melody
After the “Ringer on/off” programmation “7 ring_tone” on the display for ten
seconds is displayed. In case you do not push any key within these ten seconds,
you have to push again the “ SET/STORE” key and the “UP” or “DOWN” ones
till “SET 7 ring_tone” is displayed.
Press “SET/STORE” key, LCD displays “ring tone 1”.
Press “UP” or “DOWN” to select your favorite ringing.
Press “SET/STORE” key to confirm, there are 8 ringing melodies.
TELEPHONE OPERATION
Tone/Pulse Dialing
• If your home is equipped with tone-dialing service, set the TONE PULSE
switch to the TONE
• If you have a pulse (rotary) dialing service, set the TONE PULSE switch to
PULSE.
• If you only have pulse (rotary dialing) service in your area and want to
access Tone dialing services, set the base unit’s TONE PULSE switch to
PULSE. Dial the desired number and when tone signals are required press
the Temporary Tone (*) button once(there is 3.6 seconds delay),
Subsequent digits will be dialed in tone mode. Dialing will be reset to
Pulse mode when handset is returned on-hook.
