Removing the combustion chamber cover
Remove the combustion chamber cover from the
secondary combustion chamber.
Remove the cover on the front
Remove the screws for securing the cover. Push the
cover on the front up slightly, detach and remove it.

Loosening the grub screw
Unscrew the grub screw about 1 cm (it secures the
front combustion chamber stone).

The illustration shows a boiler with the fuel
discharge on the left side. If the fuel discharge is
on the right side, the illustration is a mirror image and
the grub screw is located on the left side of the grate
drive.
Removing the seal
Remove the upper seal from the secondary
combustion chamber.
Loosen the four integrated seals at the end with a
screwdriver.
This reduces the tension between the
combustion chamber stones, and these can sub-
sequently be more easily removed.
