EchoMATE Eternal Lighting Updated: 03/31/2016
Description of use: The EchoMATE is a Battery Powered Wireless DMX Transmitter (Set in Master Mode
connected to a DMX Software or Controller) that can also be used as a Wireless DMX receiver as well....set in
Slave Mode connected to the DMX output of EchoMATE and to DMX input of any DMX Light. The
EchoMATE uses an open source 2.4ghz Wireless DMX signal. (We also have an option for Wireless Solutions
W-DMX).
If your lights do not have Wireless DMX and have 5Ch or 6CH Native color channels like RGBWA 5Ch or
RGBWA+UV 6Ch mode, then you can plug a DMX cable out of the EchoMATE into those lights.
If your lights have a proprietary DMX receiver and have 5Ch or 6CH Native color channels like RGBWA 5Ch
or RGBWA+UV 6Ch mode in them you would use that DMX Transmitter and plug into the DMX out of the
EchoMATE to use control those light with the Built in 20+ Programs of the EchoMATE to trigger from the IR
Remote Plus.
Actually if your lights have RGBW 4Ch mode you can use the EchoMATE still and get amazing control you
could only get similar effect by programming your own DMX Show. The EchoMATE does the hard work for
you. Obviously the lights would not see Amber or UV if your lights do not have those colors but to be able to
trigger these other shows would still allow for you to have great control. Same goes for RGB 3Ch. Main color
mode. Obviously the lights would not see the White, Amber or UV if your lights do not have those colors but to
be able to trigger these other shows would still allow for you to have great control. You will get those RGB
colors and color mixing from the RGB colors your lights do have.
Wireless DMX Antenna: You will have best results with the EchoMATE using the wireless DMX Antenna
flipped in the out position. Be careful not to break antenna, so when finished using bend back into the recessed
housing.
Wireless DMX Distance: For best results of line of sight communication you should mount the EchoMATE
elevated at a minimum of 3feet off the ground and the higher the better. For example the EchoMATE is tested
with solid communication at 5feet off ground communicating to lights 300 feet distance of line of sight.
The EchoMATE™ is a Battery Powered Wireless DMX Transmitter. The thing that sets this apart, the
EchoMATE™ transmits 20 automated Chases and sequences to your up lighting wirelessly. Think of the
EchoMATE™ at a Pre-programed DMX Controller. We have built in 10 Auto Snapping and 10 Fade programs
that are able to have adjustable speed control from slow to fast. The EchoMATE™ also has built in two
sound programs, Strobe function with ability to control the speed of strobe. Remember, Eternal Lighting makes
all the difference.
The EchoMATE has two main DMX Modes.
RGBWA+UV which is 6Ch Mode or RGBWA which is 5Ch Mode.
Either Mode you still DMX Address your lights the same.

Repeat this DMX Address on all your lights in sets of 10.
