Five Riding Modes:
1. Pedal only mode
2. Pedal assist mode level 1
3. Pedal assist mode level 2
4. Pedal assist mode level 3
5. Throttle only mode
1. Pedal Only Mode:
The e-bike will operate with pedals
only. The key switch must be in the off position.
To activate assistance and power from the electric motor
the key switch must be in the on position.
Pedal Assistance is operated via a sensor that detects the
pedaling power of the rider and provides electric
assistance with the motor reducing the effort required.
The Ali comes with 3 levels of pedal assistance. The left
switch has 3 positions marked as (1,2,3) and function as
described below:
2. Pedal assist mode level 1.
The E-bike will provide assistance up to 5mph (7.5 km/h)
3. Pedal assist mode level 2
The E-bike will provide assistance up to 10 mph (15km/h)
4. Pedal assist mode level 3
The E-bike will provide assistance up to 16 mph (25km/h)
5. Throttle only mode
In this mode the E-bike will operate by twisting the throttle
on the right grip of the handlebar reaching a maximum
speed of 16 mph (25km/h).
Observe local regulations regarding speed limits and
throttle use on E-bikes.
Note: Use the throttle gradually and slowly
while learning to ride. Accelerating suddenly
and to fast may result in an accident.
