Before embarking on any journey, check to make sure the straps used are undamaged and not worn.
Damaged or worn straps must be replaced with undamaged ones before you embark on your journey. Only straps authorised by EAL
GmbH for the purpose may be used.
Only mount parts that do not protrude beyond the edge of the vehicle.
After a few kilometres, check the secure seating of the rack.
If it is seated loosely, reinstall. The quick closure may need to be adjusted. For this, see the relevant chapter of the bicycle rack operating
instructions. If there is no  rm hold, the rack may not be used.
Do not use the bicycle rack o the road.
Only suitable for use on a car trailer coupling.
Drive over speed bumps slowly: Maximum speed 10 km/h.
Switch o the electric tailgate and operate it manually.
Fold down the bicycle rack before opening the tailgate.
Use an exhaust de ector if necessary.
The general operating permit must be carried in the vehicle when the rack is mounted.
5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The extension element for the bicycle rack must  rst be assembled. Take all of the components out of the packaging and set them out clearly. Check the
scope of delivery. Every stage is described and clearly shows which components are required for the assembly of the rack.
5.1 ASSEMBLY OF THE 3RD WHEEL RAIL
2 x Wheel rail half
1 x Strap guide 2 x Link screw M6 x 75

Parts protruding beyond the edge of the vehicle or rack may cause personal injury or property damage during the journey.
The rack will only be seated properly on the coupling after it has been secured and driven for a few kilometres.
Driving with a mounted bicycle rack o the road may cause damages or breakage of the rack.
The tailgate could hit the bicycle rack and be damaged.
Damages may be caused to the rack or bicycles if the exhaust outlet is close by.
Tarpaulins increase the air resistance. They may come undone and  ap which may result in serious accidents. Do not use tarpaulins.
Personal injury or property damages caused by protruding parts.
Personal injury or property damage due to loss of the bicycle rack.
Personal injury or property damage due to breakage of the bicycle rack.
Property damage due to opening tailgate.
Property damage caused by hot exhaust gases.
Personal injury or property damage due to tarpaulins.
