The Eupry Wi-Fi Data Logger is a wireless thermometer designed for continuous temperature monitoring and data logging, with all data accessible via Eupry's online logging software. It comes in various models, including DW1T, DW1ST, DW1STM, DW2ST for temperature logging, and DW1TH, DW1STH for temperature and humidity logging.
Function Description
The primary function of the Eupry Wi-Fi Data Logger is to measure and record temperature (and humidity for TH/STH models) and transmit this data wirelessly to the Eupry Monitoring Cloud via a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The device operates autonomously, storing data internally for up to 30 days if the Wi-Fi connection is lost, and uploading all saved data once the connection is restored. It supports synchronized measurements for the DW2ST model, ensuring all such data loggers measure at the same time. The device also allows users to force data uploads, update settings from the online platform, and mark events (e.g., cleaning, self-control) by pressing its 'e' button.

Usage Features
- Easy Setup: The device connects to a Wi-Fi network using the "Eupry Connect" app (or "Eupry Wi-Fi Setup" for older devices). Network requirements include 2.4GHz support, DHCP enabled router, and the data logger being within 1 meter of the setup phone.
- Status Indication: A short press of the 'e' button provides immediate status feedback via LED blinks:
- Temperature Status: Yellow indicates an ongoing temperature alarm; Green indicates temperatures are within limits. If a probe is installed, it shows the probe temperature status.
- Wi-Fi Status: Green indicates a successful Wi-Fi connection with internet access; Yellow indicates Wi-Fi connection but no internet; Red indicates no Wi-Fi connection.
- External Probe Support: Some models are equipped with a plug for external temperature probes. After inserting a probe, the 'e' button must be pushed for the data logger to acknowledge it. The probe must then be configured on the web platform.
- Online Configuration: All temperature/humidity limits and other settings are managed through the Eupry web platform. Changes can be quickly applied to the device by pressing the 'e' button when a valid Wi-Fi network is in range.
- Event Marking: A short press of the 'e' button can mark an event (e.g., cleaning, self-control), which is recorded and visible on the web platform for verification purposes.
- Identification: Each unit has a user-friendly name and a unique GS1 GRAI code (including the serial number) printed on the side, also visible as a barcode, for easy identification both locally and within the Eupry system.
Maintenance Features
- Battery Replacement: Batteries are easily replaceable. The back cover needs to be removed to access the battery compartment. Two AA type batteries are required, and non-rechargeable lithium-ion batteries are recommended for optimal lifetime.
- Cleaning: The device can be cleaned if contaminated or before returning it. Recommended cleaning methods include:
- Using a dry cloth and rubbing alcohol (over 70%) for disinfection.
- Using a wrung-out cloth with soap to remove dirt.
- Damage Policy: If the Wi-Fi Data Logger is damaged in any way, its functionality cannot be guaranteed, and a replacement is needed. Users are advised to contact their service supplier for assistance.
- Support: Eupry offers support through their online Support Centre (accessible when logged into Eupry Monitoring) or via direct contact information provided in the manual.
