Summary

TWIN TUBE Assembly Guide

Lay Out Parts According to Schematic

Arrange all tent components as per the provided schematic before commencing assembly.

Build Rafter Section

Connect rafter tubing sections to the universal crown(s), ensuring proper fit and alignment.

Build Perimeter

Construct the tent perimeter by connecting tubing sections sequentially from a corner bracket.

Permanent Cable Assembly

Attach permanent cable loops to intermediate bracket arms before inserting into perimeter tubing.

Position Tent Top Over Frame

Drape tent top sections onto the frame, align all areas, and secure web straps through buckles.

Raise the Tent

Lift the tent structure evenly using canopy jacks, install uprights, and loosely attach perimeter buckles.

Tighten Tent Top

Secure the tent top by fastening perimeter buckles, pulling down the valance, and tightening web straps.

Install Corner Braces

Install corner braces on 30' and 40' frames; optional on 20' and smaller frames.

Secure and Stake Tent

Attach guy ropes to all brackets and stake them out at the recommended distance from the tent.
