Why is the Euroflex vapour M2R Steam Cleaner making my floor too wet?
    • S
      solomonbrittneyJul 29, 2025
Your floor may be getting too wet because the front steam jets are being used too frequently. Use them in short bursts only when cleaning tougher dirt or hard-to-reach areas. Another reason could be that the cleaning pad is too wet. Replace the wet pad with a dry, clean one.

What to do if the cleaning pads are getting too soaked when using the Euroflex vapour M2R Steam Cleaner?
    • J
      Janet MacdonaldAug 8, 2025
If the cleaning pads are getting too soaked, it could be that the boiler is overfilled. Let the steam cleaner run until the excess water ceases. Once the boiler has completely cooled down, remove some water. Another reason might be that the green “Steam Ready Indicator Light” is not illuminated. Wait for the green light to illuminate before use.

What to do if the hard surface floor pad is not adhering to Euroflex Steam Cleaner?
    • S
      Stephen MartinezAug 18, 2025
If the hard surface floor pad is not adhering to the steam cleaner, ensure you apply enough pressure when attaching the pad. Position the steam cleaner about 2 inches above the pad and firmly press it down. Alternatively, the floor pad may require replacement due to its age. Replacement floor pads can be purchased at most electrical appliance retail outlets.
