How to make hard surface floor pad adhere to Euroflex Steam Cleaner?
If the hard surface floor pad isn't sticking to the steamer, it might be because not enough pressure was applied when attaching the pad. Position the steamer about 2 inches above the pad and firmly press it down onto the pad. Alternatively, the floor pad may need replacing due to its age; replacement floor pads can be purchased at most electrical appliance retail outlets.
Why is the Euroflex VAPOUR M4S making my floor too wet?
The floor may be getting too wet because the front steam jets are being used too frequently. Use them only in short bursts for cleaning tougher dirt or hard-to-reach areas. Also, the cleaning pad might be too wet. Replace the saturated pad with a dry, clean one to resume cleaning.
