At the end of the season, a thorough cleaning is advised to maintain the fan in good working order for the next season. When storing the fan, it is recommended to disassemble and clean it first. The original carton can be used for storage in a safe, dry, and dust-protected location. If stored fully assembled, covering the fan with a large plastic bag or material will protect it from dust.
The appliance contains no user-serviceable parts, and users should not attempt to take it apart, repair, or modify it.
