Place the cell (15%~40%SOC)which is covered with blue film(material:PET,thickness:0.1
mm)and top film (material:PC,thickness:0.3 mm)in the middle of the splint,fix the clamp with
6 M8 bolts to ensure that the initial compression force on the cell is 300 kgf±20 kgf,.Then use a
micro meter to measure the thickness of the cell (at upper,
middle and lower)with splints,and the thickness tolerance shall be controlled within 0.3 mm.

3.3.2 Swelling Force Clamp
Place the cell (15%~40%SOC)which is covered with blue film(material:PET,thickness:0.1
mm)and top film (material:PC,thickness:0.3 mm)in the middle of the splint,and adjust the
swelling force clamp pre-tensioning device until the initial compression force is (300 kgf±20
kgf).Then use a micrometer to measure the thickness of the cell (at upper,middle and lower)with
splints,and the thickness tolerance shall be controlled within 0.3 mm.
