Child Requirements
Weight:
18 to 45.3 kg (40 to 100 lbs)
Height:
109 to 137 cm (43 to
54 inches) and until the child’s ears
are at the top of the child restraint’s
seat back.
Age:
At least three years old.
Use only the vehicle’s lap and shoulder belt system when
restraining the child in this booster cushion.
NEVER use the belt-positioning booster with a lap belt
only. Serious injury or death can occur.
NEVER use a locking clip with a belt-positioning booster
cushion.
DO NOT put the shoulder belt behind the child.
IF YOUR MODEL HAS ARMRESTS:
When using this child restraint as a belt-positioning
booster cushion with the vehicle lap/shoulder belts, you
MUST route the lap portion of the seat belt between the
back of the armrest and seat (see page 29).
18 – 45.3 kg (40 – 100 lbs)
AND
Between 109 and 137 cm (43 and 54 inches)
AND
Shoulders above harness slots
AND
Ears below seat back
AND
At least three years old.

Using your Child Restraint as a

Using the Child Restraint as a Belt-positioning Booster Cushion 18 – 45.3 kg (40 – 100 lbs)
Unfasten the buckle tongues from the buckle then press
thumb tab and release harness anchor .
Turn the harness anchor sideways and slip it through
the slot in the seat back as shown.
You MUST remove the harness straps BEFORE using
this restraint as a belt-positioning booster cushion.
Before removing the harness, note the harness position
for reassembly. To reinstall the harness system, reverse
the procedure below.

the bottom of the seat
shell and up through the
other side as shown.

To remove the crotch strap, turn the harness anchor
sideways and push it up through the hole in the seat
shell and remove it from the seat pad.
