Insert stabilizer tubes into the bottom of a pylon, ensuring they are fully seated for proper assembly.
Securely attach feet to each pylon using specified screws, ensuring each foot sits flat for stability.
Turn the pylon assembly upright, place the base in the center, and insert base tabs into each foot.
Place the seat ring upside down, attach seat wheels to wheel holders, and then attach the seat pad.
Press the seat onto the tray, ensuring it spins freely. Secure strap anchors by pulling them through tray slots.
Unlock adjustment knobs by turning right, move to desired height, and turn left to lock. Ensure all legs match.
