1. Submergethefrontendoftheguninsolventjustuntilthefluid
connection is covered.
2. Paintthathasbuiltuponthegunshouldberemovedusinga
bristlebrushandsolvent.
3. Neversubmergeallofthesprayguninsolventbecause:
• Thiswilldissolvethelubricantinthepackingsand
onwearsurfaces,causingthemtodryoutandresultingin
difficultoperationandfasterwear.
• Airpassagesinthegunwillbecomecloggedwithdirty
solvent.
4. Usingaragmoistenedwithsolvent,wipedowntheoutside
ofthegun.
5. Oilgundaily.Useadropoflightweightmachineoilon:
A. fluidneedlepacking
B. airvalvepacking
C. trigger pivot point

o-ringsorsealsinpaintthinner.
O-ringsandsealscanbewiped
cleanwithpaintthinnerbutsoaking
cancausetheseitemstodeteriorate

containsilicone.Siliconemaycause
defectsinthefinishapplication.

besureyouhavethecorrectparts,unscrew,realign,andtryagain.

AIR NOZZLE, FLUID NOZZLE, AIR VALVE ASSEMBLY
1. Allnozzlesandneedlesaremadetoexactstandards.They
shouldbehandledcarefully.
2. Tocleannozzles,immersetheminsolventuntilanydried
materialisdissolved,thenblowthemclean.
3. Donotusemetalorsharpinstrumenttoprobeanyoftheholes
inthenozzles.
4. Airflowshouldoccurbeforefluid-flowwhenthegunis
triggered.Itmaybenecessarytoadjustthefluidcontrolscrew
tomakesureairflowsbeforefluid.
5. Donotaltertheguninanyway.
SIPHON CUP
Turnoffairsupply.Disconnectcupfromlid.Raisetubeoutof
materialandpulltriggertoallowremainingmaterialtodrainback
tothecup.Emptythecupofmaterial.Cleanthecup,lidandtube.
Addsomethinnertocup.Reassemble.Turnonairsupplyandspray
withpropercleaningsolvent.Repeatwithcleansolventifnecessary.
Removesolvent,disconnectgun,removeaircapandclean.Wipe
gunandcupwithragdampenedwithsolvent.
