Hold the handlebar stem with either one hand or both hands to carry.

Make sure that the scooter's turned off. To fold, unlock the folding mechanism, and bend the handlebar
stem to hook the buckle. To open, remove the hook from the buckle, erect the handlebar and lock the
folding structure.
