Ensure the dishwasher is powered on and the door is securely closed and latched. Finally, using the wrong type of detergent can prevent the dishwasher from starting; use only special dishwasher detergent.

  If you find suds in the tub of your Everdure Dishwasher, open the dishwasher to let the suds evaporate. Add 4 Litres of cold water to the tub. Close and latch the dishwasher, then start the "soak" wash cycle to drain out the water. Repeat if necessary.

  A white film on the inside surface of your Everdure Dishwasher can be caused by using detergent with colourant. To prevent this, ensure you use a detergent without colourant. To clean the interior, use a damp sponge with dishwasher detergent and wear rubber gloves. Never use any cleaner other than dishwasher detergent to avoid the risk of foaming or suds.
