The warranty does NOT apply to:
• Installing a different firmware than the one
installed in the EVOLVEO phone as original
from the factory.
• Electromechanical or mechanical damage
to the phone caused by improper use (e.g.
broken display, broken front or back cover of
the phone, damaged microUSB connector,
SIM card slot, microSDHC card slot,
headphone jack, etc.).
• Damage to the speaker and headphones
caused by metallic particles.
• Damage by natural causes like fire, water,
static electricity, high temperatures.
• Defects caused by normal wear and tear.
• Damaged by unauthorized repairs
• Phone's firmware if it requires updating due
to changes in mobile network parameters.
