The EasyPhone XO is a basic mobile phone primarily designed for calling and text messaging (SMS). It includes features like a phonebook, photo contacts, call logs, multimedia capabilities (image viewer, video recorder, video player, sound recording, FM radio), and various settings for personalization and security. A notable safety feature is the SOS button, which can be configured to dial emergency numbers and send SOS SMS messages. The phone also supports dual SIM cards, allowing users to manage two different networks.

Usage Features
The phone's interface is straightforward, with dedicated buttons for various functions:
- Left Function Button (3): Enters the Menu and activates functions displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Middle Navigation Button (4): Confirms selections and takes pictures in camera mode.
- Call Button (5): Initiates calls and answers incoming calls. In standby, it displays call history.
- Right Function Button (13): Accesses the contact list and returns to the previous menu.
- On/Off Button (12): Long press to power the phone on or off, and a short press to end calls or return to standby.
- Up/Down Buttons: Navigate through menu options. In standby, 'Down' enters SMS, and 'Up' activates Shortcuts. In FM radio mode, these adjust frequency.
- * Button (8): Used for special characters in text input and for scrolling left in some functions. Double press inserts "+".
- # Button (11): Changes text input mode and switches ringtone profiles (long press). Scrolls right in some functions.
- Volume Buttons (21): Adjust call, video, and FM radio volume.
- Flashlight Switch (17): Turns the flashlight on/off.
- SOS Button (16): An emergency feature that can be configured to dial up to 5 SOS numbers and send SOS SMS messages.
Getting Started:
- Remove the back cover, insert the SIM card(s) and memory card (if applicable), then insert the battery with metal contacts facing the phone's contacts. Replace the back cover.
- Charge the battery by plugging the USB-C charger into the phone or placing it in the charging cradle. The battery indicator will appear on the display. For new batteries, perform 2-3 charge/discharge cycles and charge continuously for over 10 hours initially.
- To power on, hold the red button (12) until the phone starts. To power off, hold the red button (12) until it shuts down.
- Unlock the keypad by pressing the Left function button (3) and then the * button (8). Lock it by pressing the red button (12).

- Contacts: Add new contacts to SIM, phone, or memory card. Search for contacts by name or scroll through the list. Options include viewing, editing, sending SMS, deleting, copying, sending business cards, and adding to blacklist/whitelist. Speed dial can be set for 8 numbers (2-9).
- Photo Contacts: Assign photos to up to eight contacts for quick identification and calling.
- Messages: Write, send, and manage SMS messages. Includes inbox, drafts, outgoing, sent, and delete options. SMS templates and settings are also available.
- Call Logs: View missed, dialed, and incoming calls. Call settings allow for call forwarding, blocking, and blacklist/whitelist management.
- Multimedia:
- Image Viewer: View, send, rename, delete images.
- Video Recorder/Player: Record and play 3gp, mp4, and avi video files.
- Sound Recording: Record audio and adjust quality.
- Camera: Take photos using the built-in 0.3MP camera.
- Audio Player: Play MP3 music files.
- FM Radio: Scan for stations manually or automatically, and adjust frequencies.
- Settings: Customize user profiles (General, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor), phone settings (time, date, language, display, dedicated keys, auto time update, on/off scheduling), security settings (SIM/phone protection), dual SIM card setup, and Bluetooth connectivity.
- Tools: File manager, e-book reader, calendar (view, add/remove events, search dates), alarm (set up to 5 alarms), calculator, and STK (operator services).
Maintenance Features
- Cleaning: Clean the phone lightly with a soft cloth and soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or strong cleaning agents. Do not cover the phone with painting material. Use a soft cleaning cloth for the camera lens.
- Battery Care: Do not short-circuit the battery or place it in extreme temperatures. Dispose of used batteries according to local environmental guidelines. Do not leave the battery plugged into the charger for more than one week to prevent overcharging.
