How to start Ex-Cell VR2320 Pressure Washer?

  To start your Ex-Cell Pressure Washer, make sure it has fuel. If pressure builds after a couple of pulls or initial use, squeeze the gun trigger. Ensure the choke is in the correct position: use "Choke" for a cold engine and "No Choke" for a hot engine. Check that the spark plug wire is attached and the throttle control lever is in the "Fast" position. Also, make sure your water supply is at least 5 GPM @ 20 PSI, and remove any air from the hose by disconnecting the water source, turning it on to flush out air, then reconnecting and squeezing the trigger.

  If your Ex-Cell Pressure Washer isn't drawing chemicals, the spray wand might not be in the low-pressure setting. Refer to the 'How to Use Spray Wand' section for instructions. Also, the chemical filter could be clogged—try cleaning it. Ensure the chemical hose is fully submerged in the cleaning solution and that the chemical isn't too thick; if it is, dilute it. Avoid using an excessively long pressure hose; instead, lengthen the water supply hose.

  If you're experiencing low pressure, water leaks, or pump pulsations with your Ex-Cell Pressure Washer after normal use, start by checking for loose hose connections and tighten them. If there are worn or broken o-rings, replace them. For nozzle obstructions, refer to the Nozzle Cleaning instructions in the Maintenance section.
