7.6 Service checklist
To maximize the lifetime of your scooter, we recommend you to get your scooter checked at least once a year, by
an authorised Van Os Medical dealer. The form below can be used for this check. The intensity of the scooter’s use
can vary greatly from person to person. Therefore, it may be that your scooter needs a check several times a year.
Furthermore, maintenance is not covered under warranty.
