Why does my Excell XR2600 have no or low pressure?

  If your Excell Pressure Washer has no or low pressure after normal use, several components might be worn or damaged. This includes worn seals or packings, obstructed or worn valves, a worn unloader piston, broken or worn o-rings, damaged pump head or tubes due to freezing, or piston packings that are worn. Have these parts replaced by AWSC. Also, ensure that hose connections are tightened. Clear any obstructions from the nozzle.

Use a longer water supply hose instead of a long high-pressure hose. For chemical buildup in the injector, have the parts cleaned or replaced by AWSC.

Also, avoid using an excessively long pressure hose; instead, lengthen the water supply hose.

Make sure the spark plug wire is securely attached and the engine ON/OFF switch is in the ON position. Verify that your water supply meets the minimum requirement of 5 GPM at 20 PSI.
