Why does my Excell XR2600 have no or low pressure?
    • S
      Sue CarterJul 30, 2025
If your Excell Pressure Washer has no or low pressure after normal use, several components might be worn or damaged. This includes worn seals or packings, obstructed or worn valves, a worn unloader piston, broken or worn o-rings, damaged pump head or tubes due to freezing, or piston packings that are worn. Have these parts replaced by AWSC. Also, ensure that hose connections are tightened. Clear any obstructions from the nozzle.

What to do if my Excell XR2600 Pressure Washer is leaking water at the pump?
    • M
      Molly ParkAug 3, 2025
If your Excell Pressure Washer is leaking water at the pump, first, ensure that all connections are tightened. If that doesn't solve the problem, it could be due to piston packings or o-rings being worn or broken. In that case, have them replaced by an Authorized Warranty Service Center (AWSC). Also, inspect the pump head and tubes for damage from freezing; if damaged, have them replaced by AWSC.

What to do if my Excell Pressure Washer will not draw chemicals?
    • T
      Tonya RodriguezAug 7, 2025
If your Excell Pressure Washer isn't drawing chemicals, ensure the spray wand is set to low pressure. Clean the chemical filter if it's clogged. Make sure the chemical hose is fully submerged in the cleaning solution. If the chemical is too thick, dilute it to the consistency of water. Use a longer water supply hose instead of a long high-pressure hose. For chemical buildup in the injector, have the parts cleaned or replaced by AWSC.

If your Excell Pressure Washer has no or low pressure after a period of normal use, it may be due to worn seals or packing, worn or obstructed valves, or a worn unloader piston or E-Z start valve. Have these parts replaced by an Authorized Warranty Service Center (AWSC).

Why is my Excell XR2600 Pressure Washer not drawing chemicals?
    • J
      Jeffrey BlackwellAug 16, 2025
If your Excell Pressure Washer isn't drawing chemicals, ensure the spray wand is set to low pressure. Check the chemical filter for clogs and clean it if necessary. Make sure the end of the chemical hose is fully submerged in the cleaning solution. The chemical should also be diluted to the same consistency as water. Also, avoid using an excessively long pressure hose; instead, lengthen the water supply hose.

Why won't my Excell Pressure Washer engine start?
    • R
      Randall WalkerOct 25, 2025
If your Excell Pressure Washer engine won't start, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure there is enough fuel. If pressure builds up after a couple of pulls, squeeze the gun trigger to release it. Check that the choke lever is correctly positioned—use the 'Choke' position for a cold engine and 'No Choke' for a hot one. Make sure the spark plug wire is securely attached and the engine ON/OFF switch is in the ON position. Verify that your water supply meets the minimum requirement of 5 GPM at 20 PSI. Examine and repair any leaks at the high-pressure hose fitting. Clean any obstructions from the nozzle, and remove any clogs from the water filter screen. If there's air in the hose, turn off the engine and water, disconnect the water source, remove air from the hose, reconnect, and ...
