Why is my Excell Pressure Washer not starting?
    • J
      John BarnesJul 30, 2025
Your Excell Pressure Washer might not be starting due to several reasons: there's no fuel, pressure build-up after a couple of pulls on the recoil starter, the choke lever is in the “No Choke” position, the spark plug wire isn't attached, the engine ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position, or the choke lever is in the “Choke” position on a hot engine. To resolve this, add fuel, squeeze the gun trigger to relieve pressure, move the choke to the “Choke” position, attach the spark plug wire, place the engine ON/OFF switch in the ON position, or move the choke to the “No Choke” position, respectively.

What to do if my Excell Pressure Washer has no or low pressure on initial use?
    • K
      Kristen JonesAug 3, 2025
If your Excell Pressure Washer has no or low pressure upon initial use, it could be due to several factors. Ensure the high-pressure nozzle is installed correctly. Verify that the water supply is at least 5 GPM @ 20 PSI. Check for leaks at the high-pressure hose fitting, repairing them and applying sealant tape if needed. Inspect for any obstructions in the nozzle. Clean the water filter screen if it's clogged. Remove any air in the hose by disconnecting the water source, turning it on to remove air, then reconnecting. Ensure the choke lever is in the “No Choke” position. Also, make sure the high-pressure hose is under 100 feet. For the nozzle and spray wand usage, refer to the Operation Section; for nozzle cleaning, see the Maintenance section.

    • M
      Michelle PierceAug 12, 2025

What to do if my Excell PWZ0163100.02 Pressure Washer won't draw chemicals?
    • A
      Anne KimAug 15, 2025
If your Excell Pressure Washer isn't drawing chemicals, make sure the low-pressure soap nozzle is installed. Check the chemical filter for clogs and clean it if necessary. Ensure the chemical screen is fully submerged in the cleaning solution. If the chemical is too thick, dilute it to the consistency of water. Avoid using an excessively long high-pressure hose; instead, lengthen the water supply hose. If there's chemical buildup in the injector, it should be cleaned or replaced.
