deck.Tightenuntilspringwashersareat.

place,overthemowerdeck.
CAUTION
Whenmowerdeckisnotinstalledorthetwo
frontsupportrodhairpinsareremovedfrom
themowerdeck,theunbalancedweightofthe
tractorortractorwithmountedmowerdeck
supportframemaycausethefrontoftheunitto
risesuddenly.Iftheunitrisessuddenly,injury
mayoccur.
Securelyholddownthefrontendoftheunit
whenthemowerdeckisnotinstalledorthe
supportrodhairpinsareremoved.
8.Alignandre-installthemowerdecksupportpins
intothesupportframe.Installthetwospacersand
hairpinsontothefrontsupportpinsandthetwo
hairpinsandspacersontotherearsupportpins.See

InstallingtheTurfTracerDecalon
theBeltShield
LocatetheTurfTracerdecal,peeloffbackingandplace
oncenterbeltshield.Smoothoutandremoveanyair
bubbles.
InstallingDeckDriveBelt
1.Installthedeckdrivebeltaroundtheclutch.Refer
tobeltroutingdecallocatedontherearofthedeck.
Makesurebeltisintheclutchdrivesheavegroove.
2.PlacetheotherendofthebeltintotheV-grooveof
thestationaryidler,movethespringloadedidler
outwardandroutethebeltaroundtheinsideof
thespringloadedidler.Positionthebeltintothe
V-grooveofthemowerdeckdrivesheave.
3.Carefullyreleasethespringloadedidler.
4.Installthecenterbeltshield.
AdjustingtheCuttingHeight
CAUTION
Whenmowerdeckisnotinstalledorthetwo
frontsupportrodhairpinsareremovedfrom
themowerdeck,theunbalancedweightofthe
tractorortractorwithmountedmowerdeck
supportframemaycausethefrontoftheunitto
risesuddenly.Iftheunitrisessuddenly,injury
mayoccur.
Securelyholddownthefrontendoftheunit
whenthemowerdeckisnotinstalledorthe
supportrodhairpinsareremoved.
Installhairpinclipsintheholesforthedesiredcutting
height.SeeFigure2.
Important:Tomaintaincorrectcuttingheightand
rake,checkthefollowingforproperadjustment.
