Whenthelowbatteryicon

appearsonthedisplay,thereisinsufficientpowertomake
accuratemeasurementsandthebatteriesmustbereplaced.
1. Pressthe

buttontoswitchofftheinstrument.
2. Loosenthescrewinthebatterycoverandremovethecoverfromthebattery
compartment.Retainthescrewandcover.
3. Observingcorrectpolarity,insertfourAAbatteries.
4. Replaceandsecurethebatterycover.
5. Pressthe
buttontoswitchONtheinstrument;Checkforcorrectoperation.

Neverdisposeofusedbatteriesorrechargeablebatteriesinhouseholdwaste.
Asconsumers,usersarelegallyrequiredtotakeusedbatteriestoappropriate
collectionsites,theretailstorewherethebatterieswerepurchased,orwherever
batteriesaresold.
