What to do if the EYELA Cool Ace Laboratory Equipment residual current device cannot be turned on?
    • J
      joseph99Aug 13, 2025
If the residual current device cannot be turned on, it could be due to an electric leakage hazard or excess current flow. In the event of an electric leakage hazard, immediately stop operation and contact your local dealer or closest customer service center.

What to do if the EYELA Laboratory Equipment refrigeration unit does not work?
    • D
      Donald HuffAug 17, 2025
If the refrigeration unit isn't working, it could be due to several reasons: the high-pressure switch for the refrigeration unit or overload relay protection circuit might be activated, the refrigeration unit might be impaired, or the water level may be low, exposing the cooling coil. If the thermal load is extremely large, reduce the load. If the refrigeration unit is impaired, stop operation and contact your local dealer or closest customer service center. If the water level is low, fill the circulation liquid in the low-temperature circulation bath.

Why is there no display shown on the indicator when turning on the power switch of EYELA Cool Ace Laboratory Equipment?
    • C
      Carol LuceroAug 25, 2025
If no display is shown when turning on the power switch, it could be due to several reasons: the mains connector may not be plugged into the outlet completely, power may not be supplied, the residual current device may be turned off or impaired, or the power switch or temperature controller may be impaired. Plug the main connector in after turning off the residual current device and power switch. Turn on the breaker of the distribution board. Turn on the residual current device. If the residual current device is impaired, stop operation and contact your local dealer or closest customer service center.

Why is my EYELA Cool Ace Laboratory Equipment bath frozen at -7°C or higher?
    • A
      Amy CrawfordAug 28, 2025
If the bath internals are frozen, it could be due to poor circulation because of pressure loss of piping, or the temperature controller is broken, or the refrigeration unit cannot be stopped. Open the valve for adjusting discharge volume. Use antifreeze. Using a high-pressure pump is recommended. If the temperature controller is broken or the refrigeration unit cannot be stopped, stop operation and contact your local dealer or closest customer service center.

What to do if cool water does not circulate in my EYELA Cool Ace Laboratory Equipment?
    • R
      Robert MartinezSep 1, 2025
If cool water isn't circulating, it could be that the valve for adjusting discharge volume is closed, dirt adheres to the strainer of the low-temperature circulation bath, or air is being sucked in. Open the valve for adjusting discharge volume. Remove the dirt from the strainer. Remove the drain stopcock and make sure that cool liquid flows, then attach the stopcock again. Turn the pump switch on and off two or three times to release the air.

What to do if the circulation volume is small in EYELA Laboratory Equipment?
    • S
      Scott PerezSep 4, 2025
If the circulation volume is small, it could be because the circulation nozzle has a smaller diameter, the hose is crushed, or the pressure loss of the circulation system is too much. Replace the nozzle with the supplied nozzle that has a larger diameter. Stretch the hose. Reduce the pressure loss.

Why temperature cannot be controlled and there is abnormal indication in EYELA Cool Ace Laboratory Equipment?
    • A
      Alyssa NelsonSep 8, 2025
If the temperature cannot be controlled and there is an abnormal indication, it is because the temperature controller is in an abnormal state due to noise. Change the installation site. Set the room temperature at 35°C or lower. If that failure mode still remains, stop operation and contact your local dealer or closest customer service center.

What to do if the EYELA Cool Ace Laboratory Equipment alarm is activated?
    • M
      matthew63Nov 19, 2025
If the alarm is activated on your EYELA Laboratory Equipment, it could be due to several reasons: the high-pressure switch or overload relay holding circuit for the refrigeration unit may be activated, there may be a disconnection of the temperature sensor, an upper or lower temperature limit alarm may have been triggered, or a power failure recovery alarm may have been issued. Set the ambient temperature at 35°C or lower. If the heat load is out of cooling capability, reduce the load. Check the fan for the refrigeration unit. Check the power and voltage, ensuring the rating voltage is 220V±10%. For a disconnected temperature sensor, stop operation and contact your local dealer or closest customer service center. For upper temperature limit alarm, after confirming that the bath temperature...
