Care and Maintenance

Cleaning the Mat Surface

Keep mat clear of ice, snow, dirt, leaves. Sweep or wash with soft brush and mild detergent.

Slippery Surface Caution

Mat surface may be slippery in wet conditions. Use caution as traction may be reduced.

Pre-Use Inspection

Ensure mat is not damaged or unstable before each use to prevent injury.

Placement

Positioning and Alignment

Place mat flush against raised landing with top edge within a ¼" height variance.

Location Preparation

Ensure the intended location is free of dirt and debris before placement.

Trimming and Notching

Adjusting Mat Height

Trim mat to accommodate lower heights or notch for doorjamb configuration.

Anchoring the Mat

Wood Anchoring

Anchor to wood using Phillips head screws, seated just below mat surface.

Concrete Anchoring

Anchor to concrete using pin anchors and hammer, seated just below mat surface.
