How to troubleshoot no 12V power in my Ezytrail STIRLING MK3?
    • B
      Benjamin FisherAug 17, 2025
If your Ezytrail Caravan has no 12V power, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the Main Power Switch is turned on. Also, check that the battery isolator switch is on. A tripped main circuit breaker could also be the problem, so try resetting it. Low battery voltage can prevent power, so charge the battery for 24 hours and retest. Inspect for poor connections by tightening battery terminals and checking power connections. Finally, examine the wiring for any damage and repair or replace as necessary.

Why is my Ezytrail STIRLING MK3 battery not charging?
    • A
      ashleyandersonAug 20, 2025
If the battery in your Ezytrail Caravan is not charging, start by ensuring the charger is turned on. Check that there is mains power; if the charger doesn’t turn on, the charger may be faulty. Verify the battery isolator switch is on and reset any tripped circuit breakers. If the charger has overheated, let it rest for 30 minutes, ensure adequate ventilation, and try again. A fast flashing light on the charger control panel indicates a faulty charger, in which case you should contact your dealer for warranty or replacement. A faulty battery should be tested and replaced if necessary. Finally, make sure all connections are secure by tightening the battery terminals and checking the power connections.

What to do if lights, plugs, or fridge are not working in my Ezytrail STIRLING MK3 Caravans?
    • B
      butlerrobinAug 22, 2025
If the lights, plugs, or fridge in your Ezytrail Caravan aren't working, start by ensuring the Main Power Switch is turned on. Next, check the control panel to make sure the circuit switch is set to “ON”. Also, check for tripped circuit breakers and reset them if necessary. Tighten the battery terminals and check all power connections to rule out poor connections. Verify the battery isolator switch is on. Lastly, inspect the wiring for any damage and repair or replace as needed.

Why does the circuit breaker keep tripping in my Ezytrail STIRLING MK3?
    • C
      Carlos WrightAug 26, 2025
If the circuit breaker in your Ezytrail Caravan keeps tripping, it may be due to overloading. Check the amperage draw from appliances, reset the breaker, and test appliances individually. A faulty appliance could also be the cause, so check each one separately and rectify any issues. If neither of those is the problem, the circuit breaker itself may be faulty and should be tested and replaced.

How to fix a pump that is not working (no noise) in my Ezytrail Caravans?
    • J
      Joshua MooreAug 28, 2025
If the pump in your Ezytrail Caravan isn't working and making no noise, first check that the Main Power Switch is turned on. Ensure the battery isolator switch is also on. A tripped main circuit breaker could be the issue, so reset it. Low battery voltage can prevent the pump from operating, so charge the battery for 24 hours and retest. Tighten the battery terminals and check all power connections to eliminate poor connections. Inspect the wiring for any damage and repair or replace it as necessary. Finally, the pressure switch might be faulty; bypass it to test and replace if required.

Why are the indicators or park lights not working on my Ezytrail Caravans?
    • M
      Mark MarshallAug 30, 2025
If the indicators or park lights on your Ezytrail Caravan aren't working, first ensure the trailer plug is properly connected. Check and clean the plug contacts for any poor connections. If the pins are closed, use a knife or small screwdriver to separate the split in the pin slightly, ensuring the gap is even along the pin's length. Inspect the chassis wiring for damage and repair as needed. Finally, check the supply vehicle for any faults and rectify them.

What to do if the pump is working but there is no water flow in my Ezytrail STIRLING MK3?
    • F
      frodriguezSep 1, 2025
If the pump in your Ezytrail Caravan is working but no water is flowing, there might be an airlock in the water lines. Try turning on the tap, holding your finger over the nozzle for 5 seconds, and then releasing. Repeat this several times. If that doesn't work, fill the water tank and use mains pressure to pressurize the tank. Also, make sure the water tank is full. Check the hoses to ensure none are kinked. Finally, the pump diaphragm may be damaged or worn, requiring repair or replacement.

Why is the cooker not igniting in my Ezytrail STIRLING MK3?
    • J
      Javier BowersSep 4, 2025
If your Ezytrail Caravan cooker is not igniting, start by replacing the PIEZO Battery. Ensure the gas bottle is not empty and that the valve on the gas bottle is turned on. Check that the gas hose on the cooker is securely connected into the receiver. Clean the stove of any grease or dirt buildup. Make sure the hose is not twisted or kinked. If none of these solutions work, the regulator might be blocked, and you should get professional diagnosis and help.

What causes weak brakes on Ezytrail Caravans and how to fix it?
    • L
      Lisa SmithSep 7, 2025
If the brakes on your Ezytrail Caravan are weak, the issue might be due to grit or oil on the linings or magnets, which would require cleaning or replacement. Check for corroded connections and clean or replace the connectors. Worn linings or magnets will also cause weak brakes and should be replaced. Scored or grooved brake drums should be machined or replaced. Ensure proper synchronization and correct the controller setting. Poor brake adjustment should be addressed by adjusting the brakes. Glazed brake linings should be re-burnished or replaced. Finally, check for an overloaded trailer and correct the loading, verifying at a weighbridge.

    Brett WatsonSep 9, 2025
Why are the brakes locking on my Ezytrail STIRLING MK3?
    • M
      Marcus WolfSep 9, 2025
If the brakes on your Ezytrail Caravan are locking, it could be due to poor synchronizing with the controller, so adjust the controller. Poor adjustment can also cause locking, so adjust the brakes. A faulty controller should be tested, rectified, or replaced. Inspect for loose, bent, or broken components and replace them. Insufficient wheel load (dual Axle) can also cause locking; correct the trailer level to even the load.
