AMPLE- CHROMING, ZINC PLATING OR
PAINTING. CHANGING THE FINISH CAN CAUSE STRUCTURAL FATIGUE OF COMPONENTS.
THIS STABILIZER KIT WILL NOT WORK ON STOCK HEIGHT VEHICLES. IT IS DESIGNED TO WORK ONLY
ON VEHICLES WITH FABTECH LIFT SYSTEMS
THIS SYSTEM WILL ONLY WORK IN CONJUCTION WITH FABTECH 4”, 6”, 8” AND 10” LIFT SYSTEMS.

Begin Installation Steps

Disconnect Battery and Prepare Axle Brackets

Disconnect battery, position truck, and attach axle brackets with shock stud kits to front axle holes.

Attach Tie Rod Brackets and Stabilizers

Position tie rod end brackets and attach steering stabilizers to axle and tie rod brackets.

Torque Axle and Tie Rod Brackets

Torque axle bracket U-bolts to 80 ft lbs and tie rod bracket U-bolts to 32 ft lbs.

Final Installation Checks

Trim U-Bolt Flesh and Check Clearance

Trim residual U-bolt length after torquing and steer the truck to check for stabilizer bottoming out.

Re-torque Hardware

Re-torque all hardware after 200 miles to ensure continued proper function and safety.
