1.Turn the handle up in the
direction of the arrow.
2.Push the latch in the direction
of the arrow to open the
locking mechanism.

5.Erect the riser and press the
handle in the direction of the
arrow to lock it.

6.Adjust the height of the handlebar
to an appropriate position.
