THE CUPS ARE BEING FILLED
UNEVENLY
The filter holder outlet is clogged.
• Clean the filter holder.
The cup support plate is not correctly
placed.
• Fit it correctly in place.
IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIT THE FILTER
HOLDER
The filter holder groove is clogged with
coffee residues.
• Unplug the coffee maker and clean the
groove with a damp cloth. Be careful, it
may be hot!
THE ESPRESSO COFFEE TASTES
BITTER
The coffee maker has not been correctly
cleaned after removing scale.
• Allow a tank of water to circulate
through the coffee maker.
THE COFFEE MAKER DOES NOT WORK
Mechanical or electronic defect.
• Take it to an authorised repair
workshop.
