Cleaning the refrigerator
Interior Parts
ƗUse a cloth towel with water and mild (neutral)
detergent to clean.
Back of Refrigerator
ƗRemove dust on grill with a vacuum cleaner
at least once a year.
Caution
Never use gasoline(petrol),
benzene(benzol), thinners on the
refrigerator as they can damage the surfaces.
Before You Call for Service...
Please review the following troubleshooting tips before you
call for service!
Problem
The inside of the refrigerator and/or
the freezer does not get cold
Check the following
ՂIs the refrigerator unpluged ?
ՃIs the temperature set to LOW temperature?
ՄIs the refrigerator under direct sunlight or is a
heat appliance placed near it ?
ՅIs the space between the back of the refriderator and
the wall too close ?
Action
ՂPlug in the refrigerator.
ՃSet the temperature mode to MEDIUM or HIGH.
ՄMove the refrigerator away from the direct
sunlight and heated appliances.
ՅKeep sufficient space (more than 10cm)
between the back of the refrigerator and the wall.
Problem
Foods in the
refrigerator becomes frozen.
Check the following:
Ղ Is temperature set to HIGH ?
Ճ Is your room temperature too low ?
Մ Is moist food stored too close to the cold air spout?
Action
Ղ Return the temperature to MEDIUM or LOW.
Ճ Foods can be frozen if ambient temperature is below 41 °F (5 °C)
Move to a place where the temperature is over 41 °F (5 °C) .
ՄPlace moist food
on the shelve close to the
doors.
Problem
There is a strange sound coming
from the refrigerator
Checkup Point
ՂIs the refrigerator perfectly leveled on the floor?
ՃIs the space between the back of the refrigerator and the wall too
close ?
ՄDo any objects touch the refrigerator?
Action
Ղ Move the refrigerator to a more leveled floor.
ՃKeep sufficient space between the refrigerator and the back kitchen wall..
ՄRemove any object which touches the refrigerator.
Problem
Foul odour from inside
the refrigerator
Check the following
ՂIs there uncovered or unwrapped food stored in the refrigerator?
ՃDo the refrigerator shelves or door pockets contain spilled food?
ՄHas the food been stored inside the refrigerator too long?
Action
Ղ Be sure to cover and wrap all food.
ՃBe sure to clean the shelves and door pockets consistently.
ՄRemove old food.
