technician in your country.
Before calling, have the article no. and appliance / model
name at hand. This information can be found on the rating
plate of the appliance.

Repairs and maintenance may be carried out only by trained
specialists (e.g. an authorized Fakir service center).
Only Fakir original replacement parts may be used for re-
pairs and maintenance. For further information, see: Trou-
bleshooting. Unauthorized repairs and maintenance pose a
danger for the user.
