Chicken and Rice

2 cups hot cooked rice
Place peas in aluminum insert. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and
paprika and place over peas. Add onion and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook
on HIGH for 3

to 4 hours.
Serve over rice.
