Why is my Farm King Farm Equipment auger plugging?
    • J
      Joshua RuizAug 9, 2025
The auger might be plugging due to several reasons. It could be caused by improper PTO speed, so adjust the PTO speed accordingly. Overloading the hopper or auger can also cause plugging, so reduce the flow rate into the intake hopper. Foreign objects, wet grain, or snow/ice in the grain can also lead to this issue; in these cases, disconnect the PTO driveline and remove any foreign objects, or reduce the flow rate into the intake hopper.

Why is my Farm King Farm Equipment grain flow too slow?
    • W
      Wyatt HaleAug 15, 2025
The grain flow might be too slow because the discharge gates are not open enough; open the gates to allow a faster grain flow to the hopper intake auger. Also, check that the tractor RPM isn't set too low; raise the tractor RPM to the proper setting.

What to do if Farm King Farm Equipment grain flow is too fast?
    • B
      Brian CarlsonAug 21, 2025
If the grain flow is too fast, it's likely that the discharge gate(s) are open too far. Close the gate(s) to allow a slower grain flow to the hopper / intake auger.

Why Farm King Farm Equipment augers cannot start?
    • J
      jennifer93Aug 27, 2025
If the augers cannot start, it may be due to a plugged auger or obstruction. Shut off the tractor, disconnect the PTO, and remove the obstruction. Another possible cause is bearing failure, so check the bearings and replace them if required.

How to fix excessive auger vibration in Farm King Farm Equipment?
    • S
      Stephanie MurraySep 1, 2025
Excessive auger vibration can stem from several causes. Damaged flighting or tube may be the culprit, so replace the flighting and/or tube. Bent auger flighting can also cause vibration; remove the flighting, inspect for straightness, and straighten and reinstall if a bend is detected. Improper PTO speed can also lead to vibration, so adjust the PTO speed.
