      If your Feather Mobility Aid scooter isn't moving, first, ensure the key switch is turned to the “ON” position. Also, check that the brake release lever is in “Drive Mode,” not “Freewheel Mode”. Make sure the charger is disconnected. If the battery power is low, recharge it. If the scooter shuts down to conserve battery, turn the key switch “OFF” and then back “ON”. Finally, check the power light for a Flash Code to identify and resolve any controller errors.

      If your Feather Mobility Aid scooter's range is less than expected, consider charging it more often. A defective or worn-out battery could also be the cause, so load test the batteries and replace them if necessary. Cold weather can reduce battery life; allow the batteries to reach room temperature and then fully recharge them.
