TOOLS REQUIRED: Gage block, Shaft wrench or Strap wrench, Torque wrench.
NOTES: Consult a FEDCO representative for all information regarding assembly specications.
ELECTRICAL HAZARD
Make sure to disconnect the power supply to the motor before carrying out component replace-
ment procedures. Follow all Lock out/Tag out procedures developed by your company before
starting any maintenance or repair.
Stage Removal
1. Follow the steps in Stage
Replacement Preparation in the Stage
Replacement (MSS-15/20/30/50/70) section
of this manual.
2. For:
Single Shell Pumps:
Remove the end shell ange bolts from the
inlet ange and safely remove end shell
using safe lifting and handling methods.
Remove the inlet O-ring.
Two Shell Pumps:
Remove the end shell ange bolts from the
series shell ange and safely remove end
shell using safe lifting and handling methods.
Remove the series shell O-ring.
