LimitedWarranty:Fellowes,Inc.(“Fellowes”)warrantsthepartsofthemachinetobefreeofdefects
inmaterialandworkmanshipandprovidesserviceandsupportfor3yearsfromthedateofpurchase
bytheoriginalconsumer.Ifanypartisfoundtobedefectiveduringthewarrantyperiod,yoursoleand
exclusiveremedywillberepairorreplacement,atFellowes’optionandexpense,ofthedefectivepart.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverdamagecausedbyuseofnon-Fellowesapprovedltersorfailuretofol-
lowtherecommendedreplacementschedule.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyincasesofabuse,mishan-
dling,failuretocomplywithproductusagestandards,operationusinganimproperpowersupply(other
thanlistedonthelabel),orunauthorizedrepair.Fellowesreservestherighttochargetheconsumers
foranyadditionalcostsincurredbyFellowestoprovidepartsorservicesoutsideofthecountrywhere
theairpurierisinitiallysoldbyanauthorizedreseller.Thiswarrantydoesnotincludetheaircleaner’s
replaceablelters,thisisanexpendablepartthatcanwearoutfromnormalusebeforethreeyears
expire.ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTY,INCLUDINGTHATOFMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORA
PARTICULARPURPOSE,ISHEREBYLIMITEDINDURATIONTOTHEAPPROPRIATEWARRANTY
PERIODSETFORTHABOVE.InnoeventshallFellowesbeliableforanyconsequentialorincidental
damagesattributabletothisproduct.Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights.Theduration,terms,
and conditions of this warranty are valid worldwide, except where different limitations, restrictions,
