LimitedWarranty:Fellowes,Inc.(“Fellowes”)warrantsthepartsofthemachinetobefreeofdefects
inmaterialandworkmanshipandprovidesserviceandsupportfor5yearsfromthedateofpurchase
bytheoriginalconsumer.Ifanypartisfoundtobedefectiveduringthewarrantyperiod,yoursoleand
exclusiveremedywillberepairorreplacement,atFellowes’optionandexpense,ofthedefectivepart.
Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyincasesofabuse,mishandling,failuretocomplywithproductusagestan-
dards,operationusinganimproperpowersupply(otherthanlistedonthelabel),orunauthorizedrepair.
FellowesreservestherighttochargetheconsumersforanyadditionalcostsincurredbyFellowesto
providepartsorservicesoutsideofthecountrywheretheairpurierisinitiallysoldbyanauthorized
reseller.Thiswarrantydoesnotincludetheaircleaner’sreplaceablelters,thisisanexpendablepart
thatcanwearoutfromnormalusebeforeveyearsexpire.ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTY,INCLUDING
THATOFMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,ISHEREBYLIMITED
INDURATIONTOTHEAPPROPRIATEWARRANTYPERIODSETFORTHABOVE.Innoeventshall
Fellowesbeliableforanyconsequentialorincidentaldamagesattributabletothisproduct.Thiswar-
