9.4 Refrigerator

vided by the device/product manufacturer
for useful information on operating and caring for the re-
frigerator.
In order for your refrigerator to function at 12V it must
be ensured that there is sucient current and voltage.
In rare cases, the energy/battery management of some
models of car may result in the base vehicle not having
sucient current and voltage. Please contact your car
manufacturer’s service partner for more detailed infor-
mation.

Continuous 12V current is required to operate the refri-
gerator self-suciently using gas.
Should your Fendt caravan not be equipped with a
self-sucient package, an external 12V power supply
(which is not included in the scope of delivery) is re-
quired. An extension cord (see photo on the left) is
provided as standard equipment to facilitate such a
power supply.
However, this cable cannot be used to connect the ori-
ginal Dometic battery pack R10-BP, which is available
as an optional extra.
Only for 10 refrigerator series!
Only a 9V power bank may be connected to this
plug (Ø 2.5/5.5 mm) to operate the refrigerator self-
suciently using gas.
