- Turning On/Off: Press the left button once.
- Mode Selection (General/Flashing): When the light is on, a fast double press of the power switch button (left button) toggles between the general mode and flashing mode.
- Adjusting Brightness (General Mode): In general mode, a single press of the mode switch button (right button) cycles through brightness levels in the order of Turbo → Low → Mid → High → Cycle.
- Adjusting Flashing Functions (Flashing Mode): In flashing mode, a single press of the mode switch button (right button) cycles through different flashing functions: Strobe → SOS → Frequent Flash → Cycle.
- Memory Function: The circuit memorizes the last used brightness level in any mode. When the light is turned on or switched into a mode, it will automatically revert to the previously selected brightness level.
Battery Specifications and Usability:
- Ni-MH battery (AA, 1.2V): Recommended.
- Alkaline battery (AA, 1.5V): Usable.

Battery Replacement: To replace batteries, unscrew the nut, remove the battery holder, insert the new batteries, place the holder back into the battery case, and screw the nut back on to secure it.
Maintenance Features:
- Disassembly: Do not disassemble the sealed head, as this can damage the light and void the warranty.
- Battery Type: For high-intensity use, it is recommended to use high-performance Ni-MH rechargeable batteries to maximize runtime.
- Long-term Storage: If the light will not be used for several days, unscrew the head by half a turn to prevent slow battery discharge.
- O-ring Maintenance: O-rings can wear out over time. If this occurs, replace the o-ring with a new one to maintain the light's waterproof seal.
- Contact Cleaning: Periodically clean the contacts of your light, especially if flickering or non-operation occurs. Common reasons for issues include:
- Battery needs replacing: Replace batteries, ensuring correct anode and cathode installation.
- Dirty contacts: Clean the threads, PCB board contact, or other contacts with an alcohol-soaked cotton swab.
- If these solutions do not resolve the issue, contact distributors and refer to the warranty policy.
- Cleaning Video: A routine cleaning video is available for download on the Fenix official website under the service channel -> 'maintenance for light'.
Product Warranty:
Fenix offers a 15-day replacement policy for defective products from the date of purchase. Free repairs are provided for 24 months from the purchase date for problems arising from normal use. After 24 months, repairs will incur a charge for parts, with the total fee based on the cost of replaced materials.
Warranty Card Registration:
It is recommended to register your guarantee card on the official Fenixlight Limited website. Successful registration grants an extra six-month warranty period and allows participation in questionnaire lotteries.
Warning:
The HP11 is a high-intensity lighting device capable of causing eye damage; avoid shining the light directly into the eyes. Prolonged use in turbo mode can cause the light head to accumulate significant heat. To prevent scalding, avoid touching the metal part of the light head during or immediately after such use.
