SPARE PARTS AND ACCESSOIRES
• FENTO MAX INLAYS: Included, replaceable part
Breathable inlay that distributes the pressure across the knee and lower
leg. Should be replaced when worn down. How to fit the spare part: Remove
the old inlays by holding down the knee protector, and pulling up the wedge
part until the hook and loop detaches and the inlay comes out. After this
push the perforated black foam of the new inlay all the way underneath the
orange part of knee protector, and press the wedge part down.
• FENTO MAX Elastics: Included, replaceable part
Elastic straps fitted with hook and loop as fastening method. Should be
replaced when they lose elasticity or when the hook and loop is no longer
working as intended. How to fit the spare part: Remove the straps by pulling
them out of the slots. Push the new elastic straps through the slots and
close the hook and loop.
• FENTO MAX Clip elastics: Not included, accessory
The Clip Elastics are a buckle type fastener, fitted on an elastic strap.
Especially designed for professionals working in conditions not suited
for a hook and loop fastener. How to fit the accessory: Remove the old
elastic straps and fit the elastic strap of the Clip elastic through the slots.
Fasten the buckle on the elastic strap and adjust them to your lower leg
comfortably, not too tight to pinch the blood flow.
• FENTO MAX Protective caps: Not included, accessory
The protective caps are created for professions where a lot of gravel, or
sand is present, these protective caps are fitted around the knee protector
to ensure debris will not enter the kneepad. How to fit the accessory:
push the 3 pins into the 3 holes placed in the black EVA-shell of the knee
protector (one on the front and one on each side), starting with the middle
pin. Some force might be required to push in the pins.
