14. Disposal and recycling
The equipment is supplied in packaging to prevent it from being damaged in tran-
sit. The raw materials in this packaging can be reused or recycled. The equipment
and its accessories are made of various types of material, such as metal and plastic.
Defective components must be disposed of as special waste. Ask your dealer or your
local council.
15. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the
event of your machine failing to work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the
problem with this, please contact your service workshop.

Engine does not
run.
Check whether the plug is
plugged in.
Plug the mains plug back in to
the socket.
Check whether there is
power to the socket.
Call an electrician.
Check whether the vacuum
cleaner on/off switch is
switched on.
Switch the on/off switch on.
Reduced
vacuuming
power.
Floor nozzle or crevice
nozzle is blocked.
Switch off the vacuum cleaner.
Remove blockage from the
nozzle used.
Paper filter bag is full of
dust.
Change the Paper filter bag.

Warranty Details
The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 36
months from the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal
use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. The benets conferred by this
warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the consumer has
under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar state and territory laws.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced
if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
