3 The communication port
COM and EXT are universal TTL ports. A SM14/SM15 is
required if they are to be used as RS232 interfaces.
Please note
Not all the signals specified in EIA RS 232-C are avail-
able.
The Transmit, Receive and RTS/CTS signals are avail-
able with the SM14/SM15. If other signals are required,
they must be simulated using jumpers.
