GENERAL DIRECTIVES FOR SAFETY AND
HANDLING APPARATUS:
Before using the Fill-One
machine, read the instructions
carefully.
DANGER
● Do not use the Fill-One machine and
its accessories for any applications other
than filling aerosols with paint, basecoat
and varnish.
● Do not use a Fill-One machine or its
accessories to fill any container other
than an aerosol.
● Do not use a Fill-One machine to fill
toxic and/or corrosive products.
● Do not carry out more than one filling
per aerosol.
● Do not disconnect or cut the air feed
pipe when the circuit is pressurised.
● Do not install a Fill-One machine in a
zone with an explosive atmosphere.
WARNING
● Do not use a Fill-One machine without
having previously read the usage
instructions in detail.
● Do not supply a Fill-One machine using
a self-lubricated air network.
● Do not use a Fill-One machine on poorly
ventilated premises.
● Do not use a Fill-One machine without
wearing safety glasses.
● Do not put a Fill-One machine close to
a heat source.
● Do not use a Fill-One machine which is
not fixed to its work surface.
● Do not supply a Fill-One machine with
air pressure over 9 bars (130 psi).
● Do not use a Fill-One machine and its
accessories to inject anything other than
paint, basecoat and varnish.
● Do not use aerosols which have not
been recommended and approved by your
supplier.
● Do not use damaged or rusty aerosols.
● Do not fill an aerosol with capacity for
less than 400ml (6 fl. oz).
● Do not use solvent and/or cleaning
products which have not been
recommended by suppliers or paint
manufacturers,
● Do not use a Fill-One machine if the
door is missing or damaged.
● Do not loosen the screws on a Fill-
One machine (except when required
for maintenance, as shown in the
instructions).
● Do not place a bottle or container with
dangerous and/or inflammable materials
in a Fill-One machine.
