Fill-One by Fillon Technologies
Do not store anything other than its
accessories in a Fill-One machine.
Do not unscrew the silencers from a
Fill-One machine.
CAUTION
Do not use a Fill-One machine without
fixing it to a work surface using the screw
provided.
Do not connect the Fill-One machine to
an air network at less than 7 bars (100
psi).
Do not exceed the paint level indicated
on the cup support.
Do not connect the Fill-One machine to
an air network which does not have an air
filter fitted.
Do not force cup support insertion in a
Fill-One machine.
Do not force the “aerosol /cup support/
cap” assembly insertion in a Fill-One
machine.
Do not put your fingers around the area
where the Fill-One machine door closes.
Do not stand on a Fill-One machine.
Do not sit on a Fill-One machine.
Do not use anything other than the
handle to activate the door of a Fill-One
machine.
Do not use a Fill-One machine without
the adjustable platform.
Do not put animals in a Fill-One
machine.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE ALL MAINTENANCE
OPERATIONS, DISCONNECT THE
MACHINE’S AIR SUPPLY AND
CONSULT THE INSTRUCTIONS.
In order to sustain optimum product
level, regular maintenance is required:
clean using a cloth soaked in soapy
water.
In order to stop electrostatic charges
accumulating, only clean the plastic parts
with a cloth soaked in soapy water or
solvent or thinner recommended by the
paint manufacturer.
Also clean any paint splatters on or in
the machine.
Eliminate paint stains using solvent
or thinner recommended by the paint
manufacturer.
