Operation with inert gas intake.
1. Connect the inert gas bottle to nozzle that is on one side of the equipment.
1. Press the main switch (A) to turn on the appliance.
2. Use button (C-D-F-G) to set all operational parameters.
3. Insert the food product into bag.
4. Insert the bag into decompression chamber with the bag opening positioned on sealing
bar.
To package liquid products, fill the bag to the maximum level up to 50% of their capacity
and position them so that the opening is on sealing bar , while the product must be at a
lower level, inside the chamber, thus avoiding the product discharge.
5. Insert nozzles (K) to blow gas into the bag
opening.
6. Lower holding bell and keep it in position
until the equipment does not end up the
sealing cycle of the bag.
Inert gas is introduced once the chamber
is closed. Display (B) briefly shows the
abbreviation "GAS" and then starts
countdown of the programmed value.
Sealing starts once inert gas introduction is completed. Display (B) briefly shows the
abbreviation "SEA" and then starts countdown of the programmed value.
Heater cooling starts once the sealing phase is completed and display (B) shows the
abbreviation "COO".
The display shows abbreviation "OPN" once the heater cooling phase is completed to
