5.1 Computer keys
MANUAL:
Manual program, in which you can change the resistance by
yourself.
PROGRAM UP/DOWN:
Shows the profile of each program.
USER 1/2:
Activate the self defiened profiles.
HRC 1/2
Active the heartrate programs
ENTER
By pressing this key, a function can be confirmed.
UP/DOWN:
Increase/decrease of values as well the resistance. A longer
press will start the automatic value finder.
START:
Press START and the exercise will beginn.
STOP/RESET:
Stops the exercise. during exercise mode, if you pressing it one,
the pause function is activated for five minutes, pressing twice
will stop your exercise. If you press it for three seconds, it will
cause a reset, and the display shows the starting window.
During data entry for a program the Stop key performs a
Previous Screen or segment function. This allows you to go back
to change programming data.
FAN:
Activate or deactivate the fan
USB Plug: The plug is only for charging electronic devises!
5.1 Funktionstasten

PROGRAM UP/DOWN:
Zeigt eine Ansicht der Profile an.
User 1/2:
Aktiviert die selbst definierten Profile.
HRC 1/2:
Aktiviert die selbst Herzfrequenzprogramm.
ENTER:
Durch Drücken kann eine Eingabe bestätigt werden.
UP/DOWN:
Erhöhung/ Verringerung von Funktionswerten und Widerstand-
stufen. Ein längeres Drücken aktiviert den Schnelldurchlauf.
START:
Ein Drücken der Start-Taste startet Ihr Training.
STOP/RESET
Während des Trainings aktiviert das Drücken der Stop-Tasten
die Pausenfunktion für fünf Minuten, ein weiteres Drücken
beendet das Training. Während der Dateneingabe hat das
Drücken der STOP-Taste ein Rücksprung zum vorherigen Wert
zur Folge. Drücken Sie die STOP-Taste länger als drei Sekunden,
dann springt der Computer zum Start Fenster zurück.
Wird die STOP-Taste während der Dateneingabe gedrückt, dann
bewirkt dies ein Rücksprung zur vorherigen Dateneingabe.
FAN:
Aktiviert den Ventilator
USB Anschluss: Die Buchse dient nur zum Laden von
elektronischen Geräten!
